Error codes
Below you can see the error codes, which show the reason for payment decline.
The code is returned in Fail notification and after a payment is made through API.
Widget will show the message for the payer by itself, but in API, parameter CardHolderMessage is responsible for this.

| 5001 | Refer To Card Issuer | Issuer refused to process online transaction | Contact your bank or use another card |
| 5005 | Do Not Honor | Issuer refused without additional information | Contact your bank or use another card |
| 5006 | Error | Refusal by network to process the transaction, or incorrect CVV code | Check that you have entered correct card information, or use another card |
| 5012 | Invalid Transaction | Card is not eligible for online transactions | Use another card |
| 5013 | Amount Error | The sum is either too small, or too large | Check the payment sum |
| 5030 | Format Error | Acquirer’s error – transaction formed incorrectly | Try again later |
| 5031 | Bank Not Supported By Switch | Unknown card issuer | Use another card |
| 5034 | Suspected Fraud | Declined by issues – fraud suspicion | Contact your bank or use another card |
| 5041 | Lost Card | Card lost | Contact your bank |
| 5043 | Stolen Card | Card stolen | Contact your bank |
| 5051 | Insufficient Funds | Insufficient funds | Insufficient funds on card account |
| 5054 | Expired Card | Card expired, or expiry date set incorrectly | Check that you have entered correct card information, or use another card |
| 5057 | Transaction Not Permitted | Limit on the card | Contact your bank or use another card |
| 5065 | Exceed Withdrawal Frequency | Number of car operations exceeded allowed amount | Contact your bank or use another card |
| 5092 | Cannot Reach Network | Issuer unavailable | Use another card |
| 5096 | System Error | Acquirer bank or network error | Try again later |
| 5204 | Unable To Process | Operation cannot be processed for other reasons | Try again later or use another card |
| 5206 | Authentication failed | 3-D Secure authentication failed | Contact your bank or use another card |
| 5207 | Authentication unavailable | 3-D Secure authentication unavailable | Contact your bank or use another card |
